SWA is a family business. We believe in long term relationships with cooperative working to achieve long term goals for everyone involved. Many employees have worked with SWA for 10 years or more. Because of this, open job positions are not frequent. We hire on an as needed basis, when a position becomes available. We are happy to accept resume’s and applications at any time and place your name on a “waiting list”, but we can provide no guarantee that employment may be available. We do review and consider each application and resume’ submitted.
